Keeping customer information private is a priority for Desert Edge Legal Services. We are providing you with this privacy notice to explain what types of personal information we collect about you and how we treat that information. - Information we receive from you over the phone, in a meeting, or on applications or other forms, such as your name, address, social security number, and payment instructions.
- Information needed to prepare legal documents or to conduct a loan audit
- Many times, we have access to non public personal information during the course of a client relationship. For example, during a loan audit, we review documents containing social security numbers and other non-public personal information.
We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our clients or former clients to any person or entity without the client's express written consent. In no event do we disclose your personal information to companies that will use that information to contact you about their own products or services. Our Security Procedures We restrict access to non-public personal information about you to those persons who need such information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard your non-public personal information.
